*Illawarra folk Festival – three different performances at the one Festival –viz; Banjo, CJ Dennis and Lawson. My brother Ralph will be performing with me.
Ralph and another brother, Michael are both volunteers at the festival mc-ing at different ventues!
> February
* Friday 10th February * The old Drouin Butter Factory, Montague Street, Drouin -– a couple of spots and compering a host of other poets and musos. It's the Ficfest Poetry Night with a theme of the story of poetry.

National Folk Festival - Canberra

* Amongst my tours will be once again be the National Folk Festival, the Corryong Man from Snowy River Festival, the Port Arlington Bush Festival et al.
* My exciting overseas adventure this year will be to Beersheba to commemorate the famous light horse charge 100 years ago. After my visit in 2015 to the war fields of France and Gallipoli it’s a natural progression to visit Beersheba. Particularly as my father was in the Light Horse and my own love for horses – riding until I discovered motorbikes.

*BGBP (Bendigo goldfields Bush poets) gatherings throughout the year: these informal concerts are held on the third Sunday afternoon of even numbered months except for December when it is on the second Sunday. The next meeting is February 19. All welcome for an afternoon of Bush poetry and music-no charge.
